Kidsome (kidsome.net) offers free printable activities for children: coloring pages, drawing guides, puzzles and worksheets. You can browse, download and print everything without an account, a subscription or any personal details. This policy explains the small amount of information we do handle, why we handle it and what you can ask us to do with it.

The short version
- You never need to give us personal information to use Kidsome.
- We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not show ads.
- We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
- We collect personal information only when you choose to contact us.
- Our visitor statistics are anonymous and cookie-free.
Information we collect
When you contact us. The contact form asks for your name, email address, a subject and your message, and sends them to our inbox so we can reply. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever your message contains.
When you visit. Like every website, ours receives technical information with each request: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the page that linked to it and the time. Our hosting provider uses this to deliver pages and to protect the site from attacks and abuse.
Visitor statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which printables are popular. It does not use cookies or local storage, does not follow you across other websites and does not build a profile of you. We see totals only, such as page views per page and visits per country.
How we use information
We use this information only to:
- reply to your messages and keep a record of the conversation;
- deliver pages and printable files quickly and reliably;
- protect the site against spam, bots and attacks;
- learn which printables are useful, so we can improve them and decide what to make next;
- meet our legal obligations.
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling or automated decisions about you.
Where the law of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom applies, our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running, securing and improving the site and in answering the messages we receive, or a legal obligation where one applies.
Cookies
Kidsome does not set cookies for advertising, analytics or tracking. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary cookie when it needs to confirm that a visitor is human, for example during an attack. The contact page uses Cloudflare Turnstile for the same purpose: it checks technical signals from your browser to tell people from bots, and the result is used only for that check.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Kidsome works without them.
Who we share information with
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run the site for us, and only as far as each one needs it:
| Provider | What it does for us |
|---|---|
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Hosting, content delivery, security, bot checks, visitor statistics and delivering contact form messages |
| Our email provider | Storing the messages you send us and our replies |
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to respond to a valid legal request, or to protect the rights and safety of our visitors or others.
Children's privacy
Kidsome makes printables for children, but the site is built for the adults who choose and print them: parents, teachers, carers and homeschoolers. Children can use the pages without giving us anything, because nothing on the site asks for personal information to browse, download or print.
The contact form is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or under the age set by the law where they live. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
How long we keep information
- Messages: as long as we need them to answer you and handle any follow-up, then we delete them.
- Server and security logs: kept by Cloudflare for a short period under its own retention rules.
- Visitor statistics: kept only as anonymous totals.
Where information is processed
Cloudflare runs a global network, so a request may be handled in a data center outside your country. Cloudflare protects personal data it transfers internationally with recognized safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and US states such as California, you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy;
- have it corrected or deleted;
- object to or restrict how we use it;
- opt out of its sale or sharing (we do neither).
To make a request, email hello@kidsome.net. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you. We reply within one month and will never treat you differently for using your rights. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We keep the information we hold to a minimum. Every connection to the site is encrypted with HTTPS, and only the people who answer messages can read them. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what we hold.
Advertising
Kidsome does not show ads. If that changes, we will update this policy before any ads appear, name the partners involved and explain the choices you have.
Links to other websites
Some pages link to other websites. Their owners set their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will say so here.
