Children today grow up surrounded by screens. Videos, games, apps and now AI can answer a question, draw a picture or finish a story in seconds. Kidsome is for the other side of childhood: the time a child spends with paper and a pencil, thinking, trying and making something that is entirely their own.
What we make
Kidsome is a free library of printable activities for children aged about 3 to 12:
- Coloring pages of animals, nature, seasons, vehicles, foods and much more.
- Drawing guides that build a picture step by step from simple shapes.
- Puzzles such as word searches, crosswords, word scrambles, mazes, dot-to-dot pictures and sudoku.
- Learning pages such as color by number, cursive alphabet, tracing and handwriting worksheets.
Every printable is a ready-to-print PDF for US Letter or A4 paper. There is nothing to install, no account to create and nothing to pay.
Why paper still matters
Coloring, drawing and solving puzzles on paper build the skills screens rarely ask for: steady hands, focus and patience. A page asks a child to slow down, plan, make choices and see something through to the end. And it leaves something behind: a picture to show, keep or stick on the fridge.
We are not against screens. We want time away from them to be easy to fill with something worthwhile.

Parents looking for a quiet activity, teachers preparing a lesson, homeschoolers, carers, libraries and clubs. We design for the adult who prints as much as for the child who colors: clear titles, honest descriptions of what is in each download, the age each page suits and files that print properly the first time.
Our standards
Every printable is planned for a stated age range, checked for quality and reviewed by a person before it is published, so a child can use it without an adult checking it first.
